- El Molo: a small indigenous tribe in the north of Kenya, that is nearly extinct
- Lorian Island: riding in a fisherboat to the small island in Lake Turkana to visit the shrines
- Holy Shrines: they worship a single god at four shrines (weather, health, fertility, hunting)
- Religion: besides worshiping a tribal god (Waaq), they depend on Christian Missionaries
- Possessions: this remote people own nothing but some clothes and two solar lamps
