2. Independence: in 1602 the district was shortly a dedicated city
3. Malmtorgsgatan: a lively pedestrian street with plenty of shops
4. Artworks: creative sculptures are scattered in many of the streets
5. Waterfront: many spots to hang out, as everywhere in Stockholm
