La Mamounia Marrakesh

having a relaxed afternoon coffee in the allegedly most expensive hotel in Africa

Personal highlights

  1. La Mamounia: allegedly the most expensive Hotel in all of Africainfo-icon (I did not check!)
  2. Exterior: from the outside, it looks very unimpressive, like any other large hotel
  3. Interior: extraordinary Arabic decoration creates a unique 1001 night atmosphere
  4. Tourists: probably the place to meet the most (rich) tourists in all over Marrakesh
  5. Café: having a relaxed afternoon coffee, paying the premium, not staying for the night
