  2. Traditional Food: very tasty yet spicy noodles with chili
  3. Tibetan Butter Tea: healthy but tastes too much like yak!
  4. View: just a few steps from the Yamdrok Lake away
  5. Journey: spending a day outside of Lhasa, in the nature
