  2. Heavy snow storm: one-third of all flights were cancelled these days
  3. Cancelled flights: KLM gave me 3 new flights that all were cancelled
  4. Uncertainty: the airport was overwhelmed and they were struggling
  5. Stranded in Amsterdam: involuntarily spending two days in Amsterdam
  6. That's why I always travel with my best carry-on luggage in the cabin
