The first step: starting my sabbatical

Personal highlights

  1. Tanum: a collection of about 600 panels of rock carvings found today
  2. History: they origin from the bronce age, somewhat between 1800 to 500 BCE
  3. Rock Carvings: huge variatey from people and animals to boats and chariots
  4. Coloring: red color has been added recently to make the carvings more visible
  5. UNESCO: since 1994, a highly concentrated stretch of 25km is protected
