  2. Breakfast: getting something fresh and juicy to eat from an endless buffet
  3. Tour guide: private tour through the offices and some other special rooms
  4. Interior: not as fancy as expected, but with lots of small details and variety
  5. Free food: multiple small coffee shops with fresh fruit on every floor
