Personal highlights

  1. Windhoek: first real city since I left Nairobi, but still fairly provincial
  2. People: slightly odd mixture between relaxed African and German culture
  3. Cardboard Box: fun backpackers place to stay, international and local mix
  4. Parliament Garden: having fun with security personnel late in the night
  5. Taxis: normal rides are very cheap, but always shared with others
