Personal highlights

  1. Lhasa Gonggar Airport: Tibetinfo-icon's main airport since 1965
  2. One of the world's highest airports (at 3,570 meters)
  3. Landing: amazing scenery within the Himalayas (not as nice as Paro!)
  4. Security: one of the most sophisticated systems I have ever seen
  5. Transportation: one hour away from Lhasa city, driven in a modern bus
